Maryland Local Marketing ("we," "us") operates marylandlocalmarketing.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what you give us in our forms so we can respond to you, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, and we never sell your information.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site — a contact form, quiz, or lead form — we collect what you enter, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, and your answers to questions about your business (such as your trade, how you get leads today, budget range, and timeline).

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare what you asked for (such as a strategy session or lead plan).
• To contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message. By submitting a form that includes your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting.
• To provide services if you become a client.
• We do not add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and events such as form completions and phone-number taps. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings or Google's Analytics opt-out. If we run advertising campaigns, ad platforms (such as Google or Meta) may also set cookies to measure ad performance.

Embedded content

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as web hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the customer-relationship and messaging platform we use to respond to inquiries and send the texts and emails described above. Retention & security

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and running our business, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• To stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
• To stop calls or emails: tell us once and we'll stop.
• To ask what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted: contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
