Manny has over 20 years of experience in graphic design. He is diverse in many verticals, from brand development, logo creation, and publications. He has been with MLM since 2017 and is a Baltimore native. Outside of work be sure to find him spending time with his family, or painting his newest creation.

Obtaining her B.A. from Penn State University in digital/print journalism, also focusing in digital media/analytics. She is knowledgable in digital content creation, journalism-styled writing, and analytical marketing approaches; giving her creative-forward thinking to help your business shine. Outside of work you can find Hailey taking photos, or spending time in nature.

Alexis holds a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in business administration from Delaware State University. She has a background in content creation and brand marketing. Her attention to detail, and passion for helping you enhance your business presence and brand awareness sets her apart from others. A Baltimore native, you can find her with friends/family or with her dog Mable.

Noah obtained his B.S. from Towson University in Mass Communications, focusing in advertising. He is skilled in creative writing and social media marketing. His communication and presentation abilities, paired with an interest in building creative marketing strategies can help your business grow and reach its goals. Residing in Baltimore, you can find Noah cooking barbecue on the grill, watching sports, and spending time with loved ones.
